§ 2 Conclusion of contract
Quotations are without obligation. A contract only comes into effect through our written order confirmation or through commencement of performance.
§ 3 Delivery and delivery time
Delivery dates are non-binding unless expressly agreed as binding. Partial deliveries are permissible insofar as they are reasonable for the customer.
§ 4 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. Additional technical specifications arise from the respectively agreed product documents and standards.
