Technical superiority in wood protection: Tanalith® E3475
Our salt-impregnated pole systems offer maximum investment security through state-of-the-art impregnation technology:
- Future-proof & environmentally conscious: Use of Tanalith® E3475 in accordance with the current EU Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR). The formulation is completely free of chromium and arsenic.
- Permanent fixation: The copper-triazole-based active ingredients bond inseparably with the wood fibre and offer extremely high leaching resistance.
- Maximum protection level: Professional impregnation to use class 4 - specially developed for tough outdoor use with direct ground contact.
- Biological protective shield: Absolutely reliable defence against wood-destroying fungi, insects and wood-degrading microorganisms.
Wolmanit® CX 8
Wolmanit® CX-8 - powerful wood protection for demanding applications
For applications with increased technical and ecological requirements, we also offer our wood poles with Wolmanit® CX-8 impregnation. The water-based premium wood preservative is free of chromium and boron and was developed specifically for the durable protection of wood in demanding outdoor areas.
The highly effective formulation provides preventive protection against wood-destroying fungi, including soft-rot pathogens, as well as against wood-destroying insects and termites. The basis of its effectiveness is, among other things, the proven active ingredient copper HDO, which has been used successfully in professional wood protection for many years.
After impregnation, the active ingredients fix themselves quickly and permanently in the wood structure. As a result, wood poles treated with Wolmanit® CX-8 are particularly leaching-resistant, weather-stable and suitable for long-term outdoor use - even with high requirements for soil, water and vegetation protection.
Wood poles impregnated with Wolmanit® CX-8 combine technical performance, high durability and modern environmental protection. They are thus a high-quality solution for infrastructure projects in which longevity, operational safety and ecological compatibility are equally decisive.
Korasit® KS 2
Technical wood protection for permanently stressed wood poles - chromium- and boron-free, for pressure impregnation in use classes 1 to 4.
For demanding infrastructure projects, we also offer our wood poles with Korasit® KS2. The water-soluble, liquid wood preservative is chromium- and boron-free and was developed specifically for the professional pressure impregnation of wood in use classes 1 to 4.
The formulation is based on copper complex compounds as well as a highly effective quaternary ammonium compound. As a result, Korasit KS2 provides the wood with preventive protection against wood-destroying fungi and insects; in addition, an efficacy test against termites is available.
After impregnation, the preservative fixes itself quickly in the wood and ensures durable, weather-resistant protection. Wood poles impregnated with Korasit® KS2 are therefore particularly suitable for long-term outdoor use - even with ground contact and high requirements for durability, operational safety and service life.
As a biocidal product approved in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 528/2012, Korasit® KS2 combines technical performance with modern regulatory requirements. This creates robust, durable and standard-compliant wood poles for energy, telecommunications and infrastructure projects in which reliable wood protection and ecological responsibility are equally required.
Impralit®-KDS-B
Chromium-free, boric-acid-based, fixing wood preservative
Properties: preventive protection against wood-destroying insects (incl. termites), decay fungi and soft rot.

Is salt impregnation environmentally friendly?
Yes, absolutely. For the environmentally sound protection of our induo® round wood poles, we rely on state-of-the-art technology and ecologically thoroughly tested products. With a 3% to 6% salt solution, the impregnation agents used are primarily the chromate-, arsenic- and boron-free branded products Tanalith, Wolmanit CX 8 and Korasit KSM/KS2.

Wood poles in outdoor areas are exposed to extreme weather and direct ground contact. We cover this special protection requirement seamlessly through the pressure impregnation process. The modern, fixing salts penetrate deep into the wood and provide safe, lasting protection against fungi, soft rot and insects - without polluting the environment.

What is the difference between Tanalith®, Wolmanit®, Korasit® and Impralit®?
All four products are chromium-free and certified. Tanalith® is best suited for ground contact, Wolmanit® stands out for its exceptional leaching resistance, and Korasit® offers additional protection against termites, and Impralit® provides preventive protection against wood-destroying insects (incl. termites), rot fungi and soft rot.
Which standards do the salt-impregnated poles meet?
Our poles comply with EN 14229, DIN 48350, ENA TS 43-88 and BS 1990. The company holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certificates as well as CE EN 14229 certified pole production.
